Terms and Conditions

Web Check-in service is available under below conditions:-
  • Web check-in service can be easily done by using lastname and booking number.
  • Web check-in service is available from 24 hours up to 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure time.
  • Web Check-in application allows multiple passengers who have same booking confirmation number to check-in together. Also, they can select their own seats during the process.
  • Nok Air reserves the rights to reallocate booked seat which may result in no – show rules, terms & conditions and cancellation & baggage rules.
  • Web check-in is not available for passengers with special requests or needs as elderly passengers who need wheelchairs, pregnant women, passengers with newborn child, kids traveling alone, sick or handicapped passengers and monks. They must proceed to normal check-in counter at the airport.
  • After completing Web Check-in service, passengers can immediately print out their boarding pass.
  • After you have successfully check -in and got your boarding pass, Nok Air reserves the right to change flight, passenger's name, or cancel the flight.
  • If any inconveniences occur, please contact Nok Air Check-in counter.
After having your printed boarding pass:-
  • Passenger must check-in at Nok Air counter at the airport according to these conditions:
  •       -Passenger must proceed to the airport at least 45 minutes prior to the flight departure time. Nok Air reserves the right to take off the aircraft without passengers who are not show up in time.
  • Please proceed to the departure gate with your printed boarding pass and valid photo ID card for verification.
  • Please be sure to present your boarding pass and ID card with photo before getting on the aircraft.
  • Please carefully read terms and conditions shown on your boarding pass. Nok Air reserves the right to deny boarding if passengers fail to comply with any of those terms and conditions.
Remark
      For your own benefit of flight accumulation, please check your Member ID on your printed boarding pass.

Dangerous goods
      Dangerous goods are items or substances that may endanger the safety of the aircraft or guests onboard. Please ensure that you do not pack items specified in this list in your cabin baggage or checked baggage.

Prohibited items
      The following items are prohibited in your baggage whether it is checked in or not:
  • Firearms and ammunition
  • Explosives, flammable or non-inflammable gas (such as aerosol paints, butane gas, lighter refills)
  • Refrigerated gas (such as filled aqualung cylinders, liquid nitrogen)
  • Flammable liquids (such as paints, thinners, solvents)
  • Flammable solids (such as matches, fire lighters)
  • Organic peroxides (such as resins)
  • Poisons
  • Infective substances (such as viruses, bacteria)
  • Radioactive material (such as radium)
  • Corrosive materials (such as acid, alkali, mercury, thermometers)
  • Magnetic substances, oxidizing materials (such as bleaches)
  • Weapons such as antique firearms, swords, knives and similar items provided that such items may be allowed as checked baggage at our absolute discretion for very special reasons
